Notes:
Murray Gold wrote a new track for the climax of 'Day of the Moon', but this was the beginning of the obsession with 'I am the Doctor' - Moffat had seen how popular it was in series 5, and wanted it to be used everywhere as much as possible, so he asked Murray to write a more 'majestic' version to use here instead. I love 'I am the Doctor' as much as anyone, but the overuse starting with this episode started to ruin it for me.
